Two sizes are available: 4mm / 0.16 inches and 6 mm / 0.24 inches. We suggest using 4mm on small leather goods or smaller items and 6mm on bags or bigger items.

The position of the embossing is defined by our artisans based on the specific of each product, please see below the suggested positions for each item. We offer this as a complementary service.

Please follow the below steps to personalise your item:

  • Choose the product you would like to personalise; Please ensure you select an item with the label “Personalise”;
  • Add it to your cart and make your purchase (if you made an order with more products, you will have the chance to specify the product you want to personalise)
  • Once you made your purchase, and within one hour window since the payment proceeded, kindly send an email to customercare@valextra.com with the details below:
  • Subject: Personalisation request GExxxxx – Name Surname (example: Personalisation request GE10085374890NL - Mario Rossi)
  • Name of the product you would like to personalise
  • The initials you prefer for your monogram
  • The colour of your choice: gold or silver
  • Once your request reaches our artisans, you will receive an email from a Customer Care assistant. Usually, our customer care assistant comes back to you within one working day (weekends and bank holidays excluded).
  • Please note the below:
  • If your monogramming request is not suitable for the product, our artisan makes you a different proposal before completing your personalisation.
  • The position of the embossing is defined by our artisans based on the specifics of each product, please see below the suggested positions for each item.
  • Each product is personalised by expert artisans. This process results in a one-of-a-kind finish that may vary slightly from example image.
  • Please check the accuracy of the text you would like to monogram in the email; once the email is sent the order is final and nothing can be changed.
  • Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • In case of monogramming, order by 17th December 23:59 CET time to receive your persolized gift by the 25th of December.
