The Milano bag is a tribute to Valextra's home town of Milan, where the brand opened its first shop in 1937, and is based upon a deconstruction of an iconic Valextra piece: the Boston Bauletto. This modern reinterpretation is characterized by a flap that folds internally to discreetly conceal a secret compartment. When required, this can also extend the bag'svolume by connecting to a second zip runner on the opposite side of the flap, giving the bag a larger capacity for use on short trips. Features an internal flat pocket and zip pocket, interior lining in supple leather, protective feet and hardware in light gold. The signature “Costa” lacquered ink piping has been hand applied several times to the sheared edges and buffed to finish the piece. Internally, a monogrammed serial number identifies the Artisan that has followed the creation process rendering this Valextra piece unique. Exclusively Made In Italy. Monogramming service available upon request.
