Shipments and deliveries take place only on business days except for Italian holidays.
Shipping country/region & Estimated delivery time
- Italy and Europe countries: 1 business day, once the order is shipped. Please note that orders received after 09.00 am CET on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
- USA: 2-3 business days, once the order is shipped, except customs inspection which may extend the timing. We suggest ordering by 09.00 am CET Wednesday for same business week deliveries. Please note that for orders above 2,500 USD, Custom will require your Tax ID. If not provided when required, the order will be delivered back to Italy.
- Canada, Kuwait, Qatar, East Asia, South- East Asia: 4-5 business days, once the order is shipped, except customs inspection which may extend the timing.
- South America, Australia, Oceania, and other countries: 5-7 business days, once the order is shipped, except customs inspection which may extend the timing.
Please consider, that we do not take responsibility for any delays caused by destination clearance processes.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were delivered with all original labels attached and complete with all parts and accessories using their original packaging.
We kindly remind you that bespoke and/or personalized items are non-refundable.

A refund will be issued within 20 business days, after the order is received by Valextra warehouse and all quality inspections are cleared. Please note that after the refund is processed, it will take between 3-10 business days to receive it, according to client’s bank institution.
Valextra reserves the right to inspect the products returned and to refuse the return of those products which do not comply with the requirements specified above.
Valextra will take care of return shipping costs.
